Get dairy milk management software that connects farm/processing, and financial data into real-time Power BI reporting dashboards.
A multinational animal nutrition company modernized its global dairy advisory program with a rebuilt, offline-first mobile platform, enabling consultants to generate on-farm reports instantly, access profitability insights during producer visits, and capture reliable field data regardless of connectivity. The result was greater consultant capacity, stronger producer engagement, and the ability to support larger, more complex dairy operations.
Increase in consultant capacity, enabling advisors to expand from 5 to 6 farm visits per week.
Daily reporting and admin work eliminated.
Additional users onboarded following platform rollout.
Increase in avg. farm size, enabling consultants to pursue operations with 160 cows instead of 80.
Accurate offline farm data capture across remote locations.
Reduction in IT support tickets due to a more intuitive platform.
Integrate parlor hardware, lab systems, co-op portals, and ERP into one connected dairy production software.
Launch ERP-connected dairy ecommerce for D2C delivery, farm stores, and wholesale buyers.
Whether you need a custom module on top of your ERP, a producer-facing portal, or a purpose-built dairy software, our team scopes, builds, and delivers it.
Turn your dairy industry software into a proactive decision-making platform with predictive AI capabilities.
Identify production losses early and uncover opportunities to improve milk output.
Predict SCC spikes, quality deviations, and premium risks before milk reaches processors.
Reduce feed expenses while maintaining production targets through AI-driven performance analysis.
Forecast heat stress events before production declines, fertility issues, and health complications occur.
Instantly summarize years of animal records, treatments, breeding history, and production performance.
Ask questions in plain language and receive actionable recommendations across dairy operations.
As of April 1st, 2024, we successfully migrated users from the legacy dairy management application to a new, more advanced platform. Today, over 440 consultants globally are actively using the system, with adoption expected to grow further in the coming months. The platform is now supporting dairy operations across regions, including North America, South America, Europe, Asia, and Africa.
One regional dairy team was among the first to transition and has already reported increased usage and engagement. In FY23, a total of 444 on-farm visits were recorded, with 361 classified as routine herd visits. In FY24, the number has already reached 550 visits to date, including 440 routine visits, showing that consultants are consistently using the platform during everyday dairy farm activities.

Dairy management software covers any digital system that helps dairy businesses track, manage, and optimize operations, from milk production and herd health on farms to procurement, processing, and distribution. It serves farms, co-ops, processors, haulers, and distributors across the dairy industry.
Generic software isn't built around dairy-specific workflows, SCC monitoring, milk yield costing, FEFO inventory, co-product accounting, or PMO compliance. Dairy industry software is configured around how milk actually moves and is priced, processed, and regulated, which generic platforms can't replicate without significant customization.
We implement, build, and customize. We're a technology partner, not a packaged software vendor. We implement ERP on Microsoft Dynamics 365 and NetSuite, build custom dairy management software, and develop integrations tailored to your specific dairy operation.
We work across the full dairy chain, large-scale dairy farms, dairy co-operatives, milk haulers, dairy processors and manufacturers, and dairy distributors. Each gets solutions built around their specific role, not a one-size-fits-all product.
It depends on complexity. A focused milk management implementation for a farm typically runs 4–8 weeks. A full dairy ERP implementation on Dynamics 365 or NetSuite for a processor or multi-site co-op runs 3–6 months, depending on data migration and integration requirements.
Pricing is scoped to your operation, herd size, number of locations, modules required, and integration complexity, all of which are factored in. We offer modular implementation, so you start with what matters most and expand as your dairy business grows.
Both. Cattlytics, our ready-to-deploy dairy management software, is built for independent producers managing up to 5,000 cows and deploys in weeks. For larger or more complex operations, we implement custom dairy software or ERP on enterprise platforms.
We build custom integrations in a milk software with all major parlor hardware, including DeLaval DelPro, Lely Horizon, GEA DairyPlan, BouMatic, AFI, SCR by Allflex, and CowManager. If your dairy operation runs legacy or proprietary equipment, we assess integration feasibility during our on-site discovery process and build accordingly.
When we develop mobile applications for farm staff or milk haulers, we build offline-first dairy milk management software as a standard requirement, critical for parlors, rural routes, and barn environments. Data captured offline syncs automatically once connectivity is restored, with no manual intervention needed.
During ERP implementation on Dynamics 365 or NetSuite, we configure cost accounting workflows specific to dairy processing, tracking cost per pound of butterfat and protein, and allocating costs across co-products like cream, whey, and skim separately. This gives processors true margin visibility that generic ERP configurations can't deliver.
We configure FEFO enforcement and lot traceability during ERP implementation, mapping it to how your dairy production operation actually runs, not a generic food template. Every finished goods unit traces back to raw milk intake, supplier, and farm of origin, enabling one-click recall responses and continuous audit readiness.
Yes, for dairy processors and co-ops, we configure ERP workflows around Federal Milk Marketing Order classifications, component-based pricing for butterfat and protein, and quality premium or deduction calculations. This replaces the manual spreadsheet processes that cause settlement errors and compliance gaps.
We build and configure dairy software around PMO, USDA, and FDA audit requirements, FSMA 204 supply chain traceability, HACCP plan management, and co-op-specific reporting for Land O'Lakes, DFA, and regional requirements. Compliance workflows are embedded into daily operations, not bolted on as an afterthought.
We develop settlement calculation workflows configured to your co-op's specific payment structure, base hundredweight price, butterfat and protein component premiums, SCC quality adjustments, hauling deductions, and equity retains. Producers access their breakdown through a self-service portal we built as part of the engagement.
Yes. We build distribution systems that handle variable-weight dairy SKU invoicing accurately to the pound, and configure cold chain compliance tracking across your warehouse zones. Temperature deviation alerts, FEFO-driven fulfillment, and audit documentation are all built around your specific distribution operation and retail or foodservice requirements.
