NetSuite replaced QuickBooks in Phase 1, establishing a stable back-office system before any farm operations work began. Phase 2 then deployed Cattlytics as the farm operations platform and wired it to NetSuite through the Folio3 Connector, so every event recorded in the field creates the corresponding transaction in the ledger automatically.

Replaced Summit with Cattlytics, configuring calf receiving, hutch and pen management, health workflows, movement tracking, and animal shipment operations.
Connected Allflex EID readers via USB and Bluetooth to Cattlytics, enabling mobile scanning during receiving, activity recording, and shipment loading.
Built a Folio3 Connector between Cattlytics and NetSuite so animal purchases, feed consumption, and shipments automatically post to the corresponding financial records.
