Integrating Business Functions & Streamlining Processes

The AgriERP solution, powered by Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Supply Chain, helped manage and integrate business functions and streamlined all major business processes from slaughtering to packing and distribution. The solution also included a suite of web and mobile applications, such as an HR/Payroll solution and Power BI analytics.

Livestock Breeding & Management

Breeding & Growth Tracking: From tracking fertility rates and conception to tracking the animals weight and growth helping SF to ensure quality and follow standard sops.

Livestock Records: Profiling using EIDs, record keeping and activity tracking.

Treatment & Vaccinations Tracking: Complete history of all treatments and vaccines along with Condition scoring helping them comply with USDA requirements


Master Planning

Coverage Planning: We facilitate the planning and scheduling of all the resources, materials as well as capacities, ensuring that the management got a consolidated view of everything from a single point of access.

Cutting Planning: This includes ethical slaughter planning, data entry, synchronizing industry best practices and using them in meat cutting planning and optimization.

Production Planning: Optimizes meat cut and recipe based on sales demand and forecasts results.


Meat Production

Production Management: Our solution ensures that production orders accessed through the “Production app” & helps to start production with specific routes.

Package Labeling with Identification Number: The production app prints customer-specific labels including serial numbers and batch numbers to facilitate packing.

Inventory Movement: Inventory created automatically and then moved to relevant warehouses to the teams, thereby minimizing human errors as well as delayed tasks.


Dispatch & Shipments

Sales Shipments: The ERP solution has a native warehousing app that uses scan guns and also offers offline support for sales shipments

Transfer Orders: The warehousing application makes it easy to be able to scan thousands of boxes to add them in Sales or Transfer Orders in simply a matter of seconds.

Palletization and License Plating: Tasks like palletization are much faster now. Multiple prints of the license plate can be printed
